How Tony works
Tony buys houses sight-unseen. That sounds too good to be true to a lot of first-time sellers. The truth is simpler than it sounds: Tony has been doing this long enough to know that the difference between a house Tony will pay $X for and one Tony will pay $Y for can be sorted out over the phone, using public records, recent sales, and an honest description from the seller. Tony has bought houses with floor-to-ceiling belongings still inside, houses that hadn't been lived in for fifteen years, houses with squatters, houses with fire damage, houses in probate where the kids hadn't spoken in a decade. None of those things stop the deal.

The number Tony quotes you on the phone is the number you walk away with at closing. No agent commission, no listing fee, no transaction fee, no junk fee at the title company. Tony pays for title insurance, closing fees, and clean-out. You pay nothing.
